Q. Why can’t I log in?
A. The User Name and Password fields are case sensitive. Make sure you have typed everything correctly.

Q. I’ve typed everything correctly, but I still can’t log in!
A. If you tried to log in 3 or more times unsuccessfully, our security system will lock you out for 20 minutes. Try again in 20 minutes. If it still does not log you in, please call us.

Q. Sometimes I have to log in a second time, why?
A. There are a number of reasons why you may get “kicked off” the system and have to log in again. If you have been inactive for 60 minutes or more, you will need to log in again. If you have left our system to browse an outside site, you may need to log in again (this is why many of our outside links open in a second window. We have done this wherever possible.) If we make a system update while you are online, you may need to log in again (We try to limit this to early morning or late night hours.).

Q. Can my whole office use this subscription?
A. There is no need to purchase additional subscriptions for the various members of your office. They can all use the same account. In addition, if you prefer different user names and passwords, upon request Carnanco can provide you with up to a total of 4 different logins without additional charge. Separate branch offices and locations will need separate accounts, however. (Laptops not considered a different location.)

Q. What do I do if I find a mistake?
A. We always strive to make sure all information contained within this site is as accurate as possible. However, your help in maintaining that accuracy will result in the best services available. Many of our look up options will allow you to submit changes to an entry and even add new entries. All changes are submitted to our staff for approval and verification before becoming a part of the database. If you find a mistake, be it a typo or information that has changed that we were unaware of, and it does not give you the ability to update the information, go to Feedback.

Q. What if I wish to cancel my prepaid subscription, can I get a refund?
A. If you decide to cancel your subscription within the 1st month of service, you are entitled to a full refund of the unused portion of your subscription fee. After that time, all cancelations will be charged a $50 service fee.
